Hello, my name is Jennifer Ginkel, the Customer Satisfaction Program Consultant here at NDBC. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, and welcome you to our clinics. Thank you for choosing National Dizzy & Balance Center to participate in your healthcare needs. We look forward to providing you with personalized, comprehensive health care focusing on the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of your dizziness or balance problem.
If you are a new patient, It’s my role to make sure you start your new treatment journey off on the right step, and answer any questions you may have before or during the start of your program. You are welcome to call me anytime from 8:30am – 3:30pm daily. If I don’t answer, please just leave a voice mail and I will get back to you ASAP, I check my VM multiple times day.
