Patient feedback is also very crucial in improving the quality of patient care at NDBC. We have created several avenues for all patients at NDBC to leave feedback, ask questions, and present concerns. NDBC has included suggestion boxes in each clinic, and you have direct access to myself. I am dedicated to listening, reviewing, and following up with all patients and your feedback.
