Our medical team consists of Medical Doctors (MD’s), as well as Physician Assistants (PA’s). All of our physicians have gone through specific training for the evaluation and treatment of Dizziness, Balance Disorders, and Concussions.
Thomas Mcniff, MD - Medical Director & Staff Physician
Dr Thomas Mcniff, was born in Ortonville Minnesota, but his father had a career in the army, so he was an “army brat” as a child, moving with my family somewhere different about every 3 years. He kind of followed that pattern on his own, working at various facilities around the US, before finally settling in Hastings, where he has lived since 1991.
“My years at NDBC have been educational and have offered much greater personal satisfaction than my 20+ years in Emergency Medicine. At NDBC there is such an ingrained team concept with all of the staff sharing the common goal of bringing our clients’ lives back as close to normal as possible.”
Kenzie Meyer, MPAS, PA-C - Staff Physician Assistant
Kenzie is a Minnesota native who enjoys staying active and getting outside. Her favorite activities include running around Minneapolis’s beautiful lakes, horseback riding, cross country skiing, and ice skating. Kenzie has a special interest in helping patients understand the specialized scope of vestibular and balance disorders as well as concussions.
Kenzie enjoys seeing patients of all ages and backgrounds. She believes NDBC’s team approach – the close interaction between the Medical Department, Physical Therapists, and Audiologists – provides the best patient care and individualized patient treatment plan.
Jaci Schloesser, MPAS, PA-C - Staff Physician Assistant
Jaci was born and raised in Cambridge, Minnesota. She has always loved to travel and learn different ways of living. She enjoys sharing her love for travel with her husband and 2 boys. At home, she likes reading and knitting. At NDBC, Jaci sees each patient as an individual and enjoys working with them to see improvement of symptoms. She believes in a team approach to provide the best possible patient care.
