Carlee became a part of NDBC following her experience in outpatient orthopedic and skilled nursing settings. Her passion for her profession was initially sparked by her involvement in soccer, where she encountered injuries and worked closely with physical therapists to rehab these injuries. During her time in physical therapy school, Carlee discovered her area of interest through hospital-based and outpatient neurologic rotations where she got to learn more about vestibular and balance rehabilitation. It was during these rotations that she witnessed the impact of her work in helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their personal goals.
