Gracen Eveslage, PT, DPT

Gracen is originally from central MN who is joining NDBC after graduating from Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She has previous rotation experience in acute care, neuro inpatient rehab, orthopedics, and wound care. She was drawn to NDBC because of the multidisciplinary approach that puts patients’ needs first.
